10 Valentine’s Days ago Wildflour Confections took small town Seymour by storm💝
.
I heard a ton of “A cake shop??? Are you sure?? How old are you?? Good luck..” and all with a whiff of “You. Are. Nuts.”
.
Although we were only open 7 years out of those 10, I would do it all the same. Coming back and opening Wildflour was, aside from my loved ones, what got me through the long days of my deployment, and then the vigor of flight school. A piece of my own heart was missing but waiting for me back in downtown Seymour.
.
If you know me personally you know I am a hundred miles an hour performing a choreographed dance of my feet in many worlds at once. Wildflour is my sun ☀️
.
10 years! A new space, incredible supporters, a set of wings and a little more love for this place everyday.
.
